If your order is above 20kg, please message us via email and we will provide you with a quote for shipping.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally for orders placed online at this time. Customers outside of the UK who wish to purchase our products will need to contact us directly.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not for any reason at all, you're welcome to return all or any part of your order for a refund within 14 days from the date you received your order.
If you wish to return an item it is important to first create a return request by emailing us at sales@wendycushingboutique.com. Once the request is open, we will be expecting your return and the returned goods will be processed for a refund.
Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Some important things to know: We can't be held responsible for goods which you send back to us which fail to safely arrive, so we recommend you use an option which offers tracking and or compensation which covers the cost of the goods being returned. You are responsible for the cost of sending back the goods you wish to return. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
